Mahindra Engineering has established a comprehensive Business Management System in line with ISO 9001:2008 standard requirements and our Aerospace division is complying with AS9100 Rev 'B' standard. The focus is always to deliver best in-class, defect-free design and engineering services to the customer as per their requirement. At Mahindra Engineering, we believe that quality is a culture, expressed in the way we interact with and cater to the needs of our customers.

Our quality journey began right from the inception in 2004. We have crossed various important milestones seamlessly integrating the systems and processes of companies acquired, which has made our Business Management System more rich and comprehensive.

The quality systems have contributed significantly to our performance and growth. Detailed checklists, standards, templates and guidelines exist within the Business Management System to bring in rigor and predictability into every aspect of project planning and execution. The customers are assured that all the processes follow the management principles of an ISO organization.

As a part of the design improvement initiative and to spread the six sigma culture across organization, Mahindra Engineering has implemented six sigma projects with periodic green belt training sessions. Our process improvement plans are prepared with inputs from organizational business directives, internal process analysis, customer feedback and industry best practices.

Our Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies are designed to

  • Maintain secured and controlled operation of hardware and software
  • Minimize the risk of system failures
  • Ensure network security
  • Prevent misuse of the information exchanged over the public network

The ISMS processes established take cognizance of changing business needs and technological changes that may affect the data and information availability and security.
